Court Process Generator

Tamil summons & CMP notice · one Word file, offline

Pick the form, fill the case details, paste the party list, and generate a ready-to-print Word file — one process page and one docket sheet per party. Runs fully offline; nothing leaves this computer.

Case details

Batta memo details

Type it fresh for each case — it isn’t saved. Use separate lines for name, address and phone; each prints on its own line under “ADDRESS FOR SERVICE”.

Options

Persons to be served

One per line, numbered. Separate the three parts with |Name | Address | Batta. If you leave out the batta, the default below is used; if there is no | at all, the name/address split happens at “residing at”.

0 persons

    Defendants

Paste the numbered defendant block from the plaint. Wrapped lines are joined automatically. The order sets the rank (பிரதிவாதி 1, 2, …).

    0 parties detected

Garnishee notices — one per respondent

Add a block for each respondent/JD. Each becomes a separate notice + back-sheet. In the address boxes, put one line per line — every line prints as its own line.

Tips. Blanks left for you to fill in Word: the numbers and all dates, hearing time, வாய்தா தேதி. The fixed Tamil wording and the docket layout never change — only the parties, the fields above, and the form you pick.
